JOB DESCRIPTION

Work to provide all means and forms of technical support and support and work on developing the program for future periods in agreement with the company’s requirements. The IT employee is committed to providing protection and insurance for the program, as well as testing the program’s work, discovering problems and trying to solve them

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop initial designs and technical specifications for the programs to be implemented, modify, install and prepare technical documentation for the software application system
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and make troubleshooting decisions
• Familiarity with application programming principles, graphics user interfaces and language control
• Submit a report on capacity and performance systems, plans and know how to implement disaster recovery procedures, and provide technical support
• Develop solutions that require analysis and research
• Evaluate the supplied software packages and make recommendations to the IT department
• Provide hardware, software and all daily technical support for internal users
• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, printers and scanners
